great day trip
We went to Shai Hills and the waterfall. Our tour guide in the park was excellent as was out tour guide/driver. We saw many fascinating animals and walking the Savannah was spectacular. Our driver/guide Kwame was very accommodating

Perfect and well organized trip
I did a 4 day birding tour to Mole, a day in Shail Hills and a day at Sakumono lagoon. It was absolutely fantastic in every aspect. Great guides, well organized, food and accommodation, great. Birds mind blowing! It was the second time I have used Easy Track and both times were fantastic!

Mole National Park Safari & Tour
Using Easy Track Ghana to arrange our 4 day Safari and Tour to Mole National Park and the northern region of Ghana was easy. Flying from Accra to Tamale early in the morning was a good decision. Our driver Jesse picked us up (all part of our package, at different locations, there was no traffic to deal with and the airport was quiet. The start of our vacation went well.

The flight was approximately 45 minutes without delays. The airport is small but our luggage appeared fairly quickly. As we exited the airport, Adam, our guide was waiting outside with cool water ready to go. Our driver, Omar was waiting in the parking lot. So that was easy!

Of the three nights and 4 days there were many highlights. Paddling in canoes searching for hippos in the Wechiau region was exciting. Since it was the rainy season we could only see the top of their heads at a comfortable distance away. During the drier season, also much hotter at this time, you can experience more of the Hippos at this sanctuary.

During our driving safaris we saw two enormous elephants. Absolutely amazing. Their foot prints are massive! Well worth the wait and we saw many other animals on all days. But my favourite activity is the early morning safari walks. I would do this every morning regardless. What a great way to start your day. We stayed at the Zaina Lodge, had a 6am enormous breakfast which sustained us for hours and at 6:30 am Adam and Omar took us to the Mole National Park headquarters and meet up with our guide for the walk or headed to a sanctuary in some other location. At the end of our day we would head out for a swim at the Lodge in their infinity pool overlooking the park and sip on our evening beverage. The lodge was outstanding and the service was excellent. Very personable staff and accommodating.

Our guide was Adam and I cannot say enough about him. Very personable, knowledgeable, especially with local information and well respected guide wherever we went. Ask for Adam and Omar!

Beautiful forest walk
A fantastic walk through the forest with birds and butterflies around you. The birds scan be hard to spot but there are plenty. Walk is lovely.

Our guide Kwame was a truly exceptional guide. He knew everything. His identification from bird song was nothing short of amazing and his ability to spot birds in deep foliage nothing short of miraculous.

Birding Tour to Ankassa and Kakum
I had the opportunity to visit Ghana for about a week. I made arrangements through Easy Track Ghana to go on a bird watching tour at two locations, Ankassa and Kakum. The guide was exceptionally good and found many of the local birds for me. From a birding perspective it was a great trip. Because of the COVID pandemic closing Ghana until September, the accommodations were short staffed so there were things that could have been a bit smoother but I think that will straighten itself out as more people visit and the places rehire necessary staff.

full service birding trip
I was treated to a fantastic one-day birding trip north of Accra in the Atewa range area. Easy to request, great communication and tailored to my needs. Don was a wonderful companion driver, and Easy Track Ghana got me one of the top local birders Kwame Brown who made the trip a fantastic experience. The incredible heat and the terrible traffic exiting Accra was completely out of their control! I would do this again

Professional and very caring
We booked a 5 day birding trip with Easy Track Ghana. From the start Eric in the office was quick and efficient and helpful in his replies. He suggested a great itinerary. When I had to cancel the day before we were due to arrive, for family reasons, Eric calmly rescheduled everything for two months later. We felt very happy and comfortable with Julius, our driver - confident, safe and knew the roads- and Kwame, our bird expert- encyclopaedic knowledge of Ghana birds that he loved to share. Both Julius and Kwame looked after us as if we were their family! They truly wanted to make sure that we had the best experience, and we did. For birding we visited Sakumono lagoon, Keta lagoon , the Volta river, Xavi bird sanctuary. We had two canoe trips. Also visited a Fort Pridzenstein, Adomi bridge and Akasombo Dam. We stayed at Meet me there lodge- gorgeous eco lodge on a lagoon; Adi lake resort- beautiful situation on Lake Volta; and Okera inn in Accra- clean and fine for a night's sleep before starting our birding adventure. Apart from the birds, a highlight was the nocturnal turtle expedition from Meet me there lodge, when we observed an Olive Ridley turtle laying eggs and then returning safely to the sea. If I ever return to Ghana I will definitely ask Eric to organise another wonderful tour with Julius and Kwame.

So professional!
This was one fo the most seamless tour experiences I've ever arranged. The communication was timely and clear, the website has tons of information, and the tour itself was flawlessly executed. I'm super impressed. They cost a bit more - but it's worth it for the reliability and the comfort.

wonderful experience, a few rough edges
My wife and I wanted to have a birding excursion in Ghana. We chose Easy-Track because it was reasonably priced and also had excellent reviews on tripadvisor. Also, their tours are flexible so as to cater to individual interests. We had Jessie as our driver, who was very capable, and a comfortable vehicle for travel. Kwami Brown was our birding guide. Kwami Brown is a super guide, passionate about birds, and eager to help you to see as many as possible and to get good photos. He is excellent in spotting birds, and identifying them quickly by their call or song or silhouette. We were very pleased with many of the accommodations that Easy-Track arranged for us, in Accra (Coconut Grove Sakumono Hotel), in Keta (Aborigenes Beach Resort), in Atimpoka (Aylos Bay Guest House) and in Koforidua (Mac-Dic Royal Plaza Hotel). Our next stop was the Bobiri Guest House. There is no wifi and no electricity, except from 6 PM to 10 PM (from a generator). We stayed there 2 nights. One would have been enough, as we were only birding in the Bobiri Reserve in the early morning and late afternoon and went on other excursions during the day. We could have had access to the reserve in the early morning without lodging there. After our second morning of birding in Bobiri we want to the Owabi Wildlife Sanctuary, and from there we drove to Cape Coast. We would have had nice accommodations there at the Oasis Beach Resort, but when we arrived at 8 PM they had given away our room. Jessie found other accommodations for us but they were very basic. When we awoke in the morning there was no electricity. The breakfast menu listed many items but hardly any were available and they took a long time to come. Our next stop was Kakum National Park, where we were to stay in the Tree House for two nights. One was enough. We figured that the tree house would be quaint, with a nice opportunity for viewing birds from the treetops, a little adventure for us, but it was a disappointment. A park guide leads you on a long trek to the tree house at the end of the afternoon when light is waning. So we saw no birds on the way and arrived there soaked with perspiration. There is no water and no electricity, just one large circular low roofed room with no chair or furnishings. A wire mesh covers the openings all around the room, so we could not have taken a photo of a bird had we seen one (which we didn't). We had thin mattresses for sleeping and a mosquito net (we did not see a single mosquito in Ghana in January). The outhouse was down a pathway in the woods. So one night was enough. Jessie found some nice accommodations nearby for the next night (Rainforest Hotel). Back near Accra for our final night, we stayed at the Kokobrite Gardens, which was very nice. I have included some of the details about our more rustic accommodations as Easy Track is flexible and if you might feel about some of these accommodations in the same way that we did, you might be able to arrange for other lodgings. Easy Track does cultural excursions as well as birding excursions. For the sake of birders who might be considering Easy Track, I have included a few photos of birds that we saw with Kwami Brown in Ghana.

Super Customized Tour!
Easy Track Ghana created a perfect birding tour for our party of five. They picked us up in Accra for a three hour trip to the southern Volta region for a canoe trip and a visit to a completely "off the grid" village. Our guides, Bright, Kwame and Frank were delightful people with great knowledge of Ghana which they readily and cheerfully shared. We spent the night in a delightful hotel and our two day trip culminated in an African drum and dance performance on a white sand beach. The itinerary Easy Track put together for us was perfect and highly recommend them to any one wishing to see more than the regular tourist spots.

Amazing treehouse and birdwatching adventure
My daughter wanted to sleep in the treehouse at Kakum National Park, and with Easy Track Ghana we had an amazing adventure. We were able to spend several hours birdwatching in the park the following morning with a highly knowledgeable guide before the park opened to visitors. Our adventure with Easy Track Ghana was only 2 days, but I would highly recommend this company. They were easy to work with and gave us exactly what we hoped for.
