	Arrival	Early voodoo blessing in suburban Accra before departing to the Togo border.
	Day 1	City tour of Lomé, including Independence Square and the Grand Marché.
	Lomé	Visit the Akodessawa Fetish Market, the world's largest voodoo market.
	3¾ hours	Overnight in a budget next to the beach in Lomé.
		Ekpui Traditional Voodoo Village, Togoville, Catholic Cathedral
		Morning visit to the spiritual village of Ekpui on the banks of Lake Togo.
	Day 2	Togoville on Lac Togo, original home to Haitian voodoo. Chief's house with throne.
	Lomé	Notre Dame de Togoville cathedral, which hosted Pope John Paul II's visit in 1985.
	4 hours	Overnight in a budget next to the beach in Lomé.
		Benin Border Crossing, Ganvié Stilt Village
		Morning drive further east to the Benin border and continue along the Benin coast.
	Day 3	Visit the unique stilt village of Ganvié, home to 20,000 residents in a floating city.
	Ouidah	Travel by canoe through the market and other places to see this "Venice of Africa".
	5½ hours	Overnight in a budget guesthouse in Ouidah.
		Voodoo Culture, Sacred Spaces, Slave History
		Full day at Ouidah. Visit the memorial of remembrance of slaves mass grave.
	Day 4	Explore the unusual fetish market for animal parts, special medicines and charms.
	Ouidah	Tour the Python Temple, Sacred Forest, Slave Route to the Point of No Return.
		Overnight in a budget guesthouse in Ouidah.
		Border Crossings, Fantasy Coffins, Drop-off
	Departure	Early depart for Accra, visiting sites along the way as time permits.
	Day 5	Exotic Ga coffins in Teshie where the coffin represents the life of the deceased.
		Late afternoon birding at Sakumono Lagoon, or last minute exploring in Accra.
