Safety First
Easy Track Ghana is committed to the safety and well-being of our guests, as well as ensuring that travelers to Ghana are able to fully enjoy their visits.In this age of Covid, mpox, and other ugly things, we have implemented a flexible "tour bubble" concept. This allows you to specify a "Health Safety Level" for your tour during the planning stages. Some of these could be considered comfort-specifications!
- Tour Bubble
- A "tour bubble" may be a solo traveler, a couple/family/friends tour, or a group from a university/organization/Travel Agent/etc.
- You tour bubble also includes Easy Track Ghana staff, such as welcoming staff, guides, and drivers.
- You will remain within your bubble throughout your tour. No outside persons may enter the tour without full consent of the bubble.
- Everyone in the tour bubble agrees operate at the same level of pre-agreed Health Safety Specifications (see below).
- Your tour bubble will visit the same sites and travel together as one unit. However, each person on the tour may certainly move freely outside of the scheduled activities while remaining mindful of the agreed Health Safety Specifications .
- Your tour bubble will interact with on-site guides from outside the bubble per your Health Safety Specifications.

- Because Easy Track Ghana creates private, tailor-made tours, we have devised a set of Health Safety Specifications for every tour bubble.
- The Health Safety Specifications must be determined before the tour begins and followed strictly unless amended by a unanimous decision by everyone in the tour bubble.
- Let us know how you want to travel!
- Easy Track Ghana will
- Provide hand sanitizer in your vehicle. We still recommend you have your own personal sanitizer as well.
- Sanitize your vehicle with soap and water before each tour day begins. This will include door handles, buttons, seats, headrests and arm rests.
- Ensure that guides are aware of the locations of all regional hospitals in your tour area.
- Provide 100% refunds for contagion-related cancellations, except any unrecoverable pre-paid expenses.
- Maintain a 0% rescheduling fees, except any unrecoverable pre-paid expenses.
- You Agree to
- Immediately notify your guide if you feel the onset of any illness.
- Engage in proper hand sanitizing throughout the tour.
- Alert your guide if you are uncomfortable in any environment.
- Adhere at all times to the requirements of any destination visited
- Adhere at all times to the Health Safety Specifications of your tour bubble.
