Morning sightings at this internationally recognized wetland site (Ramsar site).
Over 70 species of marine birds have been recorded, including various species of
   terns, egrets, plovers, bishops, and the black heron with its unique fishing style.
During the European winter, mixed seasonal flocks can be significant.
Explore the narrow sandbar between the lagoon wetlands and the ocean for a
   view of the Gulf of Guinea and the increasingly rare marine turtle sightings.
