	Day 1	Safe transport to your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle.

		Full Day Birding In The Atewa Forest
		Travel to the Atewa Range Forest, a Globally Significant Biodiversity Area.
	Day 2	Certainly grab your checklist as this forest has over 200 species of birds to offer.
	Kyebi	Travel deep into this beautiful forest with your guide for more birds.
	2 hours	Overnight at a mid-range hotel in Kyebi.
		Aburi Gardens, Craft Market, Legon Botanical Gardens
		Aburi Gardens is rich in tropical flora and attracts many birds and butterflies.
	Day 3	Return drive to Accra stopping at the Aburi craft market for some interesting crafts.
	Accra	Afternoon birding at Legon Botanical Gardens, with a nesting population of egrets.
	2 hours	Overnight at a mid-range hotel in Tesano.
		Accra Departure, Culture Island, Songor Lagoon, Keta
		Drive east to the coastal village of Ada where the Volta River empties into the ocean.
	Day 4	Explore the Songor Lagoon, a natural salt mining area and a marine birding site.
	Keta	Continue to Ada Island to see crocodiles, continue drive to Keta.
	3¾ hours	Overnight at an upscale resort on a clean sandy beach.
		Full Day Birding At The Keta Lagoon, Accra Return
	Departure	Early birding at Keta lagoon which is Ghana's most important marine birding site.
	Day 5	Canoe ride on the lagoon or use the bird watching lookout at Woe.
		Birds are abundant year-round, with enormous flocks during the European winter.
